We are a group of writers, photographers, illustrators, and, well, artists based in Austin, Texas that have come together to support each other creatively through meetings, events, and the internet.
This is the sixth version of what, in 1996, used to be called 3452 zine. It was a paper zine (photocopied and everything) from Fort Worth, Texas that had readers nationwide. The zine went online in 1998 on a small geocities site then, in 2001, the yellowtrenchcoat domain was donated to the project.
The slate is clean, as you can see, many of the old stories are gone. If the previous author wishes to republish their old writings, they can, and probably will. I might even toss in a few really old articles from the original paper zine. Overall, this version of YTC is going to include new authors from across the country, and, hopefully, the world.
